Product Substitutions
Substitutions may occur from time to time due to an item being unavailable or out of stock. Substitutions may also be necessary due to extreme temperatures ie. chocolate from June to September. In all circumstances we will substitute an item of equal or greater value within the same theme as the product being replaced. Substitutions are done at the discretion of the designer and are done to ensure your gift is in perfect condition when received.

Hours of Operation
Our regular business hours are Monday- Friday, excluding holidays, as follows:

September-May 9:30 am-4pm EST
June-July-August-Mon-Thurs 10 am-3pm EST. Friday 10 am-1pm EST

Many times, we can be found in the office outside of these hours and are available to help you during these times as well.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Delivery and Cut Off Times
Delivery, order cut offs and transit times can be found on our shipping page. We strongly encourage you to check your addresses carefully, remember to include a buzzer code for apartment addresses, if applicable, and to include a phone number to avoid delays should there be problems with a delivery. The courier will only call the recipient if there is difficulty with the delivery.

Tracking Your Gift
You will automatically receive a tracking number from Fedex to the email address provided on the order once your gift has SHIPPED. If you choose a future delivery date, you will not receive a tracking number until your gift actually leaves our warehouse. You will also receive an email once your gift has been delivered or if there is a delivery issue.

We do not offer same day deliveries. Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

If you do not receive your tracking information, (remember to check your spam folder), you may contact us via phone or email and we will provide your tracking number to you. Please provide your order # and date of order to us when requesting tracking information.

Satisfaction Guarantee
At Boodles of Baskets, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason during the ordering, shipping or receiving of our gift baskets, gifts and/or balloons, you are not completely satisfied, please do not hesitate to contact us at once and we’ll make it right.

We provide a complete list of products used in each basket, along with the measurements, photo and price so that you may see exactly what you are ordering. There may be, due to weather or product stock, substitutions, but we can assure you they will always be of equal or greater value than items shown.
