You’ll know exactly when your gift leaves our shop, be notified of any delivery exceptions, and receive confirmation the moment it arrives — including who signed for it when the signature option is selected. To receive your tracking information, please provide a valid email address when placing your order. Your FedEx or Canada Post tracking number will be emailed to you automatically the evening your gift ships. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Still don’t see it? Email us at [email protected] and we will send your tracking number to you ASAP.

We ship gift baskets, candy grams, balloons, fudge, and the same business day when orders are placed Monday to Friday before 12 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST, or on weekends or holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

We ship fresh baked cookies the next business day when orders are placed Monday to Friday before 8 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 8 p.m. EST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship on the second business day.

We ship popcorn the next business day when orders are placed Monday to Friday before 12 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship on the second business day.
