- Most orders ship via FedEx, while remote addresses ship via Canada Post. Tracking information is automatically sent when your order ships.

Shipping Guarantees & Possible Delays
For Canada Post shipments, the Money Back Guarantee for on-time delivery is currently suspended, and transit times may be longer than usual.
For all couriers, including FedEx, if an overnight shipment is delayed due to weather, operational issues, or acts of God, the Money Back Guarantee does not apply. Refunds cannot be issued in these situations.
Signature Recommendations
We strongly recommend selecting Indirect Signature Required for all orders. Couriers may leave non-signature packages unattended. FedEx does not insure unattended deliveries, so we cannot provide refunds or replacements for packages delivered without a signature requirement.
Delivery Schedule & General Limitations
We do NOT offer same-day delivery and do NOT deliver on holidays, regardless of shipping method selected.
FedEx and Canada Post deliver Monday to Friday. During peak volume, they may deliver on weekends at their discretion. We cannot request or schedule weekend delivery.
Delivery companies do not accept specific time requests (e.g., “after 2 PM,” “between 9:30–4:30”), and drivers do not call ahead.
Remote addresses may incur additional fees. We will contact you before shipping if this applies.
Rural & Remote Areas
In some rural or remote regions, couriers may deliver to a local pickup location instead of a home address. If this occurs, the recipient must collect the package from the designated pickup point.
If Delivery Cannot Be Completed
Because of the nature of our products: all sales are final, except in cases of damage. Incorrect or incomplete addresses often prevent successful delivery. Please confirm all recipient information before completing your order.
Fresh Food Items (Cookies, Fudge & Popcorn)
Our cookie tins, giant cookies, fudge, and fresh popcorn are made fresh to order and cannot be refunded once processing begins. If these items are returned to us, they are not suitable for reshipping.
Returned Shipments
If a package is returned: couriers charge a return fee, which will be billed to you. We will contact you for new delivery instructions; an additional delivery fee will apply. If we do not hear back from you within 5 days, the gift will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.
Processing Times & Shipping Schedules
(These apply to processing only. Transit time begins after the order ships.)
1. Gift Baskets, Candy Grams, Cookie Grams, Balloons & Fudge
Cut-Off Time:
- Order before 12 PM EST (Mon–Fri): ships same day
- Order after 12 PM EST, weekends or holidays: ships next business day
Day Zero is the day the package leaves our facility.
Examples:
- Before 12 PM Tuesday + Ground → Ships Tuesday; transit time based on destination.
- After 12 PM Tuesday + Ground → Ships Wednesday.
- Before 12 PM Tuesday + Overnight Guaranteed → Ships Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.
- After 12 PM Tuesday + Overnight Guaranteed → Ships Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
2. Fresh Baked Cookies (Tins) & Giant Cookies
Cut-Off Time:
- Order before 8 PM EST (Mon–Fri): ships next business day
- Order after 8 PM EST, weekends or holidays: ships next business day (Day Zero)
Examples:
- Before 8 PM Tuesday + Ground → Ships Wednesday.
- After 8 PM Tuesday + Ground → Ships Thursday.
- Before 8 PM Tuesday + Overnight Guaranteed → Ships Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
- After 8 PM Tuesday + Overnight Guaranteed → Ships Thursday for Friday delivery.
3. Fresh Popped Popcorn
Cut-Off Time:
- Order before 12 PM EST (Mon–Fri): ships next business day
- Order after 12 PM EST, weekends or holidays: ships the second business day (Day Zero)
Examples:
- Before 12 PM Tuesday + Ground → Ships Wednesday.
- After 12 PM Tuesday + Ground → Ships Thursday.
- Before 12 PM Tuesday + Overnight Guaranteed → Ships Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
- After 12 PM Tuesday + Overnight Guaranteed → Ships Thursday for Friday delivery.
Important Notes for All Shipping Methods

- Remote addresses may require additional time or fees.
- Ground transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by the courier.
Selecting Your Delivery Method
Please confirm that the shipping option you choose will meet your desired delivery date. If an order is placed after the cut-off time or a slower method is selected, we will ship based on our processing schedule, but we will not contact you if the arrival date will be later than you hoped.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, FedEx or Canada Post will email you tracking information. If you selected a future delivery date, tracking updates will begin once the package is in transit.
