Orders placed by 12 p.m. EST ship the same business day. This makes next-day delivery possible across much of Ontario and ensures fast, reliable service for recipients across Canada. We use trusted carriers and automatically choose the best option for your postal code to provide the safest and most efficient delivery.

During peak holiday periods, we prepare early and follow all carrier cut-off dates to support the most reliable delivery possible.

Urban, rural, and remote addresses across Canada are supported, with shipping handled by FedEx or Canada Post depending on the location. Transit times may vary for remote areas, but your gift will always be carefully packed for safe travel.

Due to recent changes to U.S. import regulations, direct shipping from Canada to American addresses is temporarily unavailable. However, we continue to offer U.S. gift delivery through our trusted American fulfillment partner. This allows you to send thoughtful gifts to U.S. recipients quickly and cost-effectively, using selections that match the style and budget of the basket you choose.
