I understand that I have missed the order deadline and my gift will NOT be shipped/delivered in time for Valentine’s Day REGARDLESS of the shipping method I have selected.

I understand-deliveries are done Monday to Friday between approximately 9am-6pm EST(excluding holidays). THERE ARE NO WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY DELIVERIES, REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING METHOD. Boodles does not offer same day service or specific delivery times ie. after 12pm. Ground shipping is not guaranteed. If delivery is to a home, and there is no response, the courier may leave the delivery on the porch at their discretion. Apartments may be left in the lobby, unless I choose a signature option. Businesses will be delivered during business hours. Boodles is not responsible if the recipient is not home. Remote addresses may take longer and incur additional fees (Boodles will contact me should this affect my order).
Delivery times do not include day of order. Day of order is the day my order is scheduled to be processed, which may be different from the actual day ordered. See Shipping for order cut off times. Should a package be returned to Boodles for any reason, the courier will charge a return shipping fee. This amount will be charged to me as soon as I have been informed by the courier. There will be a $15.50 re-direct fee for incorrect addresses.
Delivery charges are PER item. Should I order multiple items and choose only one shipping charge, Boodles will adjust my invoice accordingly.
I understand that I, the purchaser, am responsible for all gift, shipping charges and taxes. If none is selected or the information is incorrect, or return shipping is required, I give you permission to make the necessary corrections and charge my credit card accordingly.
I will receive a tracking number and updates from Fedex once my order has shipped. If I have requested a future delivery date tracking updates will only be sent once my order is on its way.
