PLEASE NOTE: Fedex has now re-instated their guaranteed service for OVERNIGHT delivery only. For all other FEDEX GUARANTEED SERVICES (2 DAY, 3 DAY) & CANADA POST services, the Money Back Guarantee is still suspended for on time delivery. Transit times may be longer. ALSO, if an OVERNIGHT shipment is delayed due to weather, events beyond the drivers control, or acts of God, the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE will not apply. We have no control over this and no refunds will be given for delays.

We highly recommend you choose Indirect Signature for all orders to prevent courier from leaving package unattended. We are unable to provide refunds/replacements for unattended packages that are sent without a signature requirement, as Fedex does not insure them.
