Order Cut Off Times

Shipping times are generally Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and do not include day of order. WE DO NOT DELIVER ON  HOLIDAYS.  Fedex standard delivery is now 7 days a week in SOME areas (excluding holidays). This means your gift may be delivered on the weekend. We have no control over this and are unable to request weekend delivery.

We will ship your gifts including gift baskets, candy grams, cookie grams, balloons and fudge, placed business days, Monday to Friday, before 12pm EST, on the same day you place the order. If you place your order after 12pm EST, on a weekend or holiday, your gift will be shipped out the next business day.(see transit times below). Order date is the date your ordered is processed which may be different than the date of your actual order. eg. You place your order Monday, a business day, by 12pm EST, your order date is Monday. You place your order Monday, after 12pm EST, your order date is Tuesday. In regards to transit time, your order date is Day ZERO. Multiple orders may require additional processing time.

We will ship your fresh baked cookie (in a tin) and giant cookie orders out the next business day, if your order is placed business days Monday to Friday before 8pm EST. If you place your order after 8pm EST, on a weekend, or holiday, we will ship your order out the second business day. (see transit times below). Order date is the date your ordered is processed which may be different than the date of your actual order. eg. You place your order Monday, a business day, by 8pm EST, your order date is Tuesday. You place your order Monday, after 8pm EST, your order date is Wednesday. In regards to transit time, your order date is Day ZERO. Multiple orders may require additional processing time.

We will ship your fresh popped popcorn as follows:
Orders placed by 12pm EST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm, on the weekend or a holiday, will be processed and shipped the day after the next business day. eg. You place your order by 12pm EST Monday, a business day, your order is processed and shipped Tuesday. Your order is placed after 12pm EST Monday, a business day, your order is processed and shipped Wednesday. In regards to transit time, your order date is Day ZERO. Multiple orders may require additional processing time.

Delivery times are estimates. Delivery times are business days only. Ground service is not guaranteed. 1 & 3 day guaranteed shipping (if selected) is guaranteed to arrive as described. Ship times do not include day of order, weekends or holidays.

Christmas & large orders may require extra processing days depending on volume. Shipping times vary based on destination.

Here are estimated ship times for Canada: BC- 3-4 days, Alberta- 3-4 days, Saskatchewan 2-3 days, Manitoba 2-3 days, Ontario 1-2 days, Quebec 1-2 days, New Brunswick 2-3 days, Nova Scotia 2-4 days, Newfoundland 5-7 days, PEI 2-4 days.
